For more than twenty five years, my work was about helping brands become visible, trusted, and remembered. I built strategies, shaped communications, led teams, and worked with some of the world’s most recognizable companies across different countries and cultures.
From the outside, it looked like my career was about brands. In reality, it was always about people.
Across the markets where I worked and lived, I kept noticing the same thing: leaders with exceptional track records, operating from behind their roles, their achievements, their carefully maintained versions of success. Fitting in. Performing. Carrying more than they let on.
In my coaching practice, that pattern became impossible to ignore. There is no shortage of know-how in the world, selling strategies, technology advances, financial advice, AI tools. Yet many of us struggle to understand the one person through whom we experience all of it. Ourselves.
Ten years ago, I stepped away from a successful corporate career to sit with a harder question: Who are we beneath our titles, achievements, and the expectations we’ve internalized?
That search — through leadership, psychology, emotional intelligence, and systems thinking — became the foundation of Human Coherence Design™. And it became the reason I believe in Be You First.
Because the relationship you have with yourself quietly shapes every important choice you make. That’s not philosophy. That’s the pattern I’ve watched play out across hundreds of leaders, in boardrooms across two continents.
The work starts here.
